We will do our best to help you purchase items with peace of mind.


If you would like to return an item　

　please contact us via the [Inquiry Form] within 7 days of arrival.
　We cannot accept returns without prior notice.


1. If there is a defect or initial defect not described in the product description

we will issue a refund after inspecting the returned product.
Our shop will cover the shipping cost for the return.
We will discuss with the customer and decide the refund method.
We will discuss with the customer and consider repair, replacement, partial refund, etc.

2. If the item you received is not what you ordered

After we inspect the returned item, we will deliver the correct item again.
Our shop will cover the shipping cost for the return.
If the item you ordered cannot be delivered due to lack of stock or other reasons, we will cancel and refund you.
Even if it is possible to exchange, you can choose to cancel.

3. If the item does not arrive

After checking with the delivery company, we will issue a full refund if it is found to be lost.
The refund method will be determined after consultation with the customer.

4. If the item arrived is returned due to the customer, such as "it is not what you expected"

After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund after deducting the restocking fee (10% of the payment).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items that are included in "bargain" and "new item" cannot be returned due to the customer.

We may not be able to issue a refund if the returned item has defects, such as scratches or stains, for which the customer is responsible.

Due to the characteristics of antique and vintage products that have been in production for a long time, there may be scratches, stains, and functional imperfections.
Please check the product photos and product descriptions carefully before deciding whether to purchase.

Conspicuous scratches and defects that could damage the aesthetics or function are listed in the product descriptions, but there may be some items that do not damage the aesthetics or function, such as abrasion, small scratches, or dents.
