payment method
As a general rule, transactions at our store require prepayment.
We will ship the product after we confirm your payment (such as credit card payment or bank transfer).
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, payment will be made upon delivery of the product.
If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of placing your order, or if there is suspicion of fraudulent payment, we may cancel your order.
The following payment methods are available at our store.

The total amount will be charged to your card upon completion of your order. Installment payments are not supported.

Bank transfer
Either PayPay Bank or Japan Post Bank. *Account information is included in the order confirmation email. *We will cover any transfer fees. *Please transfer the amount after deducting the transfer fee.

Cash on delivery (Yu-Pack)
This payment method is not available for transactions under 10,000 yen. The cash on delivery fee is free. Please pay the delivery person upon receipt. Only cash payments are accepted.

Convenience Store Payment FamilyMart / Lawson / Seicomart / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki
*Seven-Eleven is not available. *A separate payment processing fee of 190 yen will be charged. *We will ship after confirming your payment (payment deadline: 7 days).

Rakuten Pay Payment will be made using the payment method registered with Rakuten Pay. *Rakuten Points can also be used for payment. *Rakuten Points will be earned when paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.
