One-Month Watch Movement Guarantee
For watches sold in working condition, we will repair them free of charge if they stop working within one month of delivery.
Exclusions from the Guarantee
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
- Damage or malfunctions caused by external factors such as drops or water exposure
- Watch accuracy
About Watch Accuracy
We provide approximate accuracy guidelines in the product description, but accuracy may vary slightly depending on the usage environment and other factors.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy, but if the watch is significantly less accurate than described from the outset, it may have been damaged during shipping, so please contact us immediately.

Regular Overhauls
Mechanical watches require an overhaul (disassembly, cleaning, and lubrication) every three to four years.
Most vintage watches cannot be serviced by the manufacturer, so please consult a specialty antique watch shop.

Regardless of when you purchased your watch from our store, please contact us for assistance with repairs or overhauls.
Depending on where you live, we may also be able to introduce you to a nearby specialty shop.
