- Condition of the product (including functionality if it's a watch or writing instrument, etc.)

We will do our best to procure the goods as cheaply as possible within your budget.
If you have any information, such as URLs or images of pages (including those from other stores) or photos of products that are similar to what you are looking for, please provide them.
We will review the conditions you provided and contact you to confirm.
If there is any missing information at that time, we will ask you for it.
If we determine that it will be difficult to find a product that meets your requirements, we may decline your request.

- Investigation of candidate products
We will work with our suppliers and local partners to find products that meet your requirements.
If, during the course of the investigation, we determine that it is difficult to find a product that meets the requirements, we will propose changes to the requirements or a discontinuation of the investigation.
Once we find potential products, we will contact you via email or LINE with information such as photos, product details, and estimated prices.
If you have any questions regarding the content, we will check and answer them for you.
If the proposed candidates do not meet your requirements, we will continue to search for other products and contact you when we find the next candidate.
If you wish to purchase the candidate product we have proposed, we will proceed with the transaction.
(In the case of purchasing on behalf of someone else from overseas shops or eBay)
* If you have any questions for the seller or would like to negotiate, please contact us and we will assist you. * Our commission is 20% of the total amount of the product price and all import-related expenses (import consumption tax, customs duties, shipping costs, etc.).
- Your order
Once you have decided on the items you wish to purchase, we will calculate the product price, all costs associated with the import process (import consumption tax, customs duties, shipping costs, etc.), and our handling fee, and then send you an invoice.
Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will place an order for the product with our supplier.
*Payment for the product must be made via bank transfer only.
Please note that we may not be able to hold the item for you until payment is received, and if payment is delayed, the item may be purchased by someone else.
The product will be delivered to our store first.
Depending on the supplier, it takes about 10 days to a month for the product to arrive here.
- Product inspection and shipping
Once the product arrives at our store, we will inspect it.
We will contact you with the results of the inspection, including photos.
If, as a result of inspection, any defects are found that were not disclosed prior to purchase, we will consult with the customer and negotiate with the supplier (return/refund, partial refund, repair, etc.).
If the inspection reveals no problems and you agree to the details you have communicated to us, we will ship the product.
- After the product has been delivered (cancellation or return)
We cannot accept cancellations or returns for reasons other than those caused by problems that occurred between the time we shipped the product and the time you received it (such as lost or damaged goods during shipping).
Please carefully review the information we provide before ordering the product or before we ship it, and then proceed with the transaction.
In the case of purchasing on behalf of customers from overseas shops or eBay, our store's policies regarding warranty conditions after delivery of the product will not apply.

Important Notes When Placing an Order
Antique items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, so there's no guarantee that something matching your requirements will always be available on the market. Please be aware of the following when making a request.
- We cannot guarantee that you will find a product that meets your requirements. It may take a considerable amount of time, or you may not find one at all.
- Even if a product is similar to one we have sold in the past, market prices fluctuate due to various factors such as exchange rates and supply and demand. Therefore, the price may be higher than that of a similar product sold in the past.
- We may decline items from categories that we have not handled in our store in the past.
*We do not carry large items such as furniture.
- We may decline requests for items that are too rare to find on the market or that require a tight budget.
- We will not handle items whose product price exceeds 1 million Japanese yen because we cannot bear the risk.
- For items that need to be ordered in, cancellations and returns cannot be accepted after the product order has been placed (after the product details and price have been presented and the customer has given their consent, and the store has been requested to procure the item).
- Payment for the product is required in advance (bank transfer only) at the time of ordering.
- For purchase agency services from overseas shops or eBay, in addition to the product price, various expenses related to import procedures (import consumption tax, customs duties, shipping costs, etc.) will be charged. Furthermore, we will add 20% of the total amount of the product price and expenses as our agency fee.
