We would like to introduce you to a vintage British sterling silver pill case.

This is a work by Cohen & Charles of Birmingham, England, from 1942.
Sterling silver with sky blue enamel.
The decoration, called guilloche, has a very beautiful transparent background pattern.
There is very little chipping of the enamel and the internal gold plating is still intact.

- There is slight wear overall, but no noticeable scratches or dents and it is in beautiful condition.
The gold plating inside has thinned but is still there.
Both the lid and the body are stamped with the British hallmark for sterling silver.
The lid closes tightly and does not wobble.

Since it is a very old item, there are small scratches and stains due to aging.
