This is a work by Samuel Meriton II from London, England in 1783.
This cream jug is decorated with beautiful leaf garland and beading around the edges, and its overall shape is very picturesque.
It was made over 200 years ago and shows signs of wear and tear and repairs to the bottom of the handle, but the gold plating on the inside is still intact.
