We would like to present you an antique British sterling silver snuff box.
This work was created by John Rose , Birmingham, England in 1912.
The inside is gold plated and it appears to be a snuff case.
It is shaped like a palm-sized, round pebble, and the lid opens when you squeeze it.
The entire piece is beautifully carved with floral and scroll motifs, and the cartouche features a monogram of the first owner's initials.
The engraving has very little wear and is in very good condition.
