This is a sterling silver rondelle (round) handled walking stick that is thought to date to around 1900.
The handle has some scratches and cracks, but it is decorated with intricate carvings, so the scratches are hidden by the carvings and are less noticeable.
The shaft has been beautifully revarnished and the ferrule has been replaced with a new one.
