We would like to introduce a pocket watch from the American watch manufacturer Illinois Watch Company.

This is the "Ban Special," the highest-end railroad watch model from Illinois, USA, in 1927.
This is a model from just before Illinois was acquired by Hamilton in 1928.
The "Bang Special" was the highest quality railroad watch of its time, competing with Waltham and Hamilton.
Among the Bang Specials, this is a pocket watch with a very long power reserve of 60 hours, and it still runs for over 60 hours.
It is unknown if it has been overhauled, but the balance wheel is in good condition and ticks along smoothly.

Appearance: ★★★★☆ Excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or stains

Function: ★★★★☆ Maintenance history unknown but in good working order

-Case: There is some wear overall, but it has been well maintained and is in beautiful condition.
Both the case back and the crystal are screw-on type.
-Case engraving: 10 carat gold-filled engraved on the inside of the case back
-Dial: In very good condition with no cracks or missing letters.
Other: The time change lever is located around 1 o'clock on the dial when the crystal is removed.
Accuracy: Within 1 minute per day when measured with a flat timegrapher
Power reserve: Confirmed up to 63 hours from full spring
