This is a cup and saucer from Minton, a porcelain manufacturer that was a supplier to the British Royal Family and was sadly discontinued in 2015.
The pattern is called "Cockatrice" and features exotic designs and a phoenix-like bird.
It is a green-based color type and is a slightly smaller size.
This beautiful cup and saucer is made of bone china with a white background and green painting.
