1882 British Vintage Sterling Silver Gilt Bangle 24.5g John Millward Banks

This is a Victorian sterling silver (gold-gilt) bangle crafted in 1882 in Birmingham, England, by the master silversmith John Millward Banks.

Strongly influenced by the Japonisme movement that swept the era, it features delicate hand-engraved geometric lattices and dainty flowers. The unique clasp mechanism, patented by the workshop (stamped "PATENT"), still functions smoothly to this day.
