This sterling silver double-sided card case was crafted in 1909 by the prestigious British silversmith Walker & Hall.
Both sides are adorned with hand-engraved, flowing botanical scroll patterns crafted by skilled artisans. The "bright-cut" technique, where the angle of the graver is varied to reflect light in multiple directions, gives the piece an elegant shimmer. The interior features a soft brown leather pocket and a sterling silver pencil stamped "STERLING."
Although the original memo pad once held in the center has been removed, the extra space allows for more business cards or folded banknotes. Despite minor surface scratches from age and a very slight dent at the corner, the clasp opens and closes smoothly, making this a beautiful companion for modern business or a cashless lifestyle.
