About Shipping
  • We usually ship your order within 2 days of order completion.
  • For bank transfers and convenience store payments, we will begin preparing your shipment after we confirm your payment.

We accept the following payment methods at our store.

    The total amount will be charged to your card upon completion of your order.

    We will use the credit card and shipping address information registered with ShopPay. Installment payments are also supported.

  • Bank transfer *Please note that the transfer must be made to either PayPay Bank or Japan Post Bank. *Shipping will occur after payment confirmation.

  • Convenience store payment *FamilyMart / Lawson / Seicomart / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki
    *Seven-Eleven is not available. *A separate payment processing fee of 220 yen will be charged. *Shipping will be after confirmation of payment (payment deadline: 7 days).

  • Cash on delivery (Yu-Pack)
    *Cash on delivery fee is free.
    *Please pay the delivery person upon receipt.* Only cash payments are accepted.

Return Policy

If there is a discrepancy between the product and the description, the product and the photo, a manufacturing defect, or an error or omission in the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will handle the situation by offering a refund after the return or free repair.
We will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns may not be accepted if the deadline has passed.

We also accept returns due to customer reasons, such as "it's different from what I imagined."
However, in this case, we will refund the amount after deducting payment processing fees and shipping costs.
We also ask that you, the customer, cover the return shipping costs.

Antique items may have damage from age, or they may have functional defects from the beginning.
