A cake server is a cutlery used to cut and serve a whole cake.
This pastry server appears to be made by the German company ANTIKO.
It is made of Continental Silver (800 Silver) and features beautiful embossed rose decoration on the handle and near the bottom of the blade.
The decoration is thought to be based on the 1,000-year-old rose tree at St. Mary's Cathedral in Hildesheim, Germany, known as the "Hildesheim Rose."
