Albert chain is a chain for carrying a pocket watch with a buttonhole on the bar and a pocket watch on the clip.

This is a sterling silver chain made in 1919.
A sterling silver dance competition medal is attached as a fob, which appears to be from around 1953.
It features a long chain link called a trombone type.
