1899 American Antique Sterling Silver Bonbon Spoon COWELL & HUBBARD

It was called a bonbon spoon and was used to scoop nuts and fruits.
It might be a sugar shifter for sprinkling powdered sugar on sweets and fruit.
This is a work by US COWELL & HUBBARD around 1899.
COWELL & HUBBARD is a Cleveland silversmith founded in the mid-19th century.
The bowl part is decorated with beautiful earrings, and the handle is also intricately carved.
Gold plating remains on the bowl.
