1889 British Antique Sterling Silver Double Open Card Case 123g Deakin and Francis
SKU: 170990538
[Item introduction] Card case
It is a card case that would have been made to order by the upper class at the time.
The decoration on the surface is so beautiful that no two are the same.
This is a card case of the long-established silver workshop "Deakin & Francis", which was established in 1786 and still remains today.
The entire surface is covered with detailed carvings that use small flowers as a motif.
It is a double-door type with leather lining on the inside, and one side has pockets (1 for cards, 3 for stamps).
The card pocket was small and contained one small old card.
You can put about 10 business cards on the side without pockets.
We hope this lovely card case will add some color to your day!
