This is a work by the Walker and Hall workshop in Sheffield, England in 1902.
Walker and Hall was a prestigious silver workshop that lasted until it was merged with Mappin and Webb in the 1970s.
The bowl part is decorated with carvings and piercings of early rain motifs,
The edges are also beautifully decorated.
