This is a circa 1880 Continental silver Vesta case.
A Vesta case was a small matchbox of the time, with a matching file attached to the bottom.
It is decorated with fine embossed decorations and comes with a 3pence coin as decoration.
It comes with a round jump ring and can be attached to an Albert chain or key holder.
