This is a work of "Walker and Hall" in England around 1910.
A large egg coddler that can cook 4 eggs and comes with a burner for boiling.
The handle of the lid has a swan design, and the legs have a dragon design, making it a rather elaborate design.
It is a silverware that becomes a picture just by displaying it.
