This is a work of the British workshop "Manoah Rhodes & Sons" around the 1910s.
It is a 4-piece set of teapot, water jug, sugar bowl and milk jug.
It has a plain design with a mirror finish, but the delicate plant leaf decoration on the rim is beautiful.
