1920s British antique Russell pocket watch gold-plated open face works well

This is from around the 1920s, the movement is made in Switzerland, and the gold-plated case is made in the United States.
The dial and movement have wheels with Mercury feather shoes and the "TEMPUS FUGIT" engraving.
"TEMPUS FUGIT" means "time flies" in Latin.
The overhaul history is unknown, but the balance swing is good and it is ticking and moving well.
