A large knife and spoon set.
Judging from the design, it seems to be a Chrisning cutlery that is given when a child is born.
The bowl of the spoon is beautifully gold plated with a baby relief sculpture.
The knife has a delicate floral engraving on the blade and a mother-of-pearl handle.
The lid of the case has come off, but it fits perfectly.
