This is a 1903 piece by the prestigious London jeweller Goldsmiths and Silversmiths.
The surface and edges are intricately decorated and the three legs have a claw and bowl design.
Inscribed in the center is the message "Presented April 17, 1946," but this is likely a later addition.
This Salva is large, with a diameter of 32 cm, and looks beautiful even when just displayed.
