Introducing British antique cutlery sets.
This is a work from around 1860 by WALKER & HALL, which became a purveyor to the royal family during the era of Queen Victoria.
This is a set of 12 pairs of dessert cutlery, including 12 knives and 12 forks.
A silver-plated blade with a mother-of-pearl handle.
The blade has delicate carvings, and the white pearl handle is also decorated.
One of the fork handles has been restored, and the knife blade has some plating scratches, but is in good overall condition.
It is perfectly housed in a luxurious walnut case with beautiful wood grain.
