1839 British Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Tongs 46g Robert Williams
SKU: 202404044254
Introducing British antique sterling silver sugar tongs.
This is a work by Robert Williams of Exeter, England, circa 1839.
The Exeter Assay Office is very valuable as it closed in 1883.
It has a plain design with no engravings, but the main point is the wide handle and the monogram of the first owner's initials engraved on the bottom.
The silver is thick and has more weight than it looks.
We hope that this “once in a lifetime opportunity” will be a special encounter for you!
