The Albert Chain is a chain with a bar for attaching a buttonhole and a pocket watch to the clip.
This is an antique British sterling silver Albert chain from around 1900.
A small sterling silver vesta case (match case) is included.
The chain links are of the antique type, with a thicker center.
The chain is quite thick at up to 10mm and has a heavy feel to it.
