This is a work by JG Graves of Sheffield, England, circa 1900.
This fish cutlery set contains 12 pieces in total: 6 knives and 6 forks.
The handle and blade are not separate, and the base of the handle and blade are beautifully decorated.
There is no box, but it comes in a rolled cloth cutlery case.
