1903 British antique sterling silver card case, 61g, Smith&Bartlam
SKU: 202409074677
We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver card case.
This is a card case that would have been custom-made for an upper-class person at the time.
The surface decoration is so beautiful that no two pieces are alike.
This work was made by Smith & Bartlam, Birmingham, England in 1903.
The entire surface is decorated with an antique-style botanical scroll pattern.
Although it is a little small, it is just large enough to fit a current Japanese business card.
If you fill it up too much the lid won't close completely, but you can fit about 10 sheets in without any problems.
We hope that this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one!
