We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver vinaigrette.
Vinaigrette is a French word meaning "vinegar," and is the name given to the small containers used to hold flavoring salts.
This was made by Ledsam & Vale in Birmingham, England in 1820 .
It is designed like a small bag and features very intricate carvings.
The interior decoration is beautiful, the gold plating is well preserved and it is in good condition.
There is still a sponge inside and it still smells good.

The gold plating is still intact inside.
