This is a hairbrush and hand mirror set from the American brand Foster & Bailey, believed to be from around 1900.
Foster & Bailey was founded in 1878 and is a gold and silver workshop that gained popularity for its Art Nouveau design jewelry.
This hairbrush and hand mirror also feature beautiful Art Nouveau style relief decorations of women, flowers, and birds on their pure silver bases.
There are some noticeable dents in the center of the back of the brush and at the tip, but even with that taken into account it is a very beautiful decoration.
