1902 British antique floral decorated sterling silver whistle by William Manton, with chain

This work was created by William Manton, Birmingham, England in 1902.
It is a small whistle made of pure silver with various floral decorations on its surface and still produces a clear sound when blown.
It is designed to be able to attach a chain, and a new stainless steel chain is included.
