1893 British antique sterling silver Albert chain 42g sterling silver base compass fob
SKU: 202507125478
We would like to introduce you to the British antique Albert Chain.
This is a sterling silver Albert chain believed to have been made in 1893.
It has a beautiful little compass shaped fob on a pure silver base, but unfortunately the compass does not seem to work.
The T-bar, chain links and clips all have the same maker's markings and appear to be original.
All chain links are the same thickness.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
【condition】
Appearance: ★★★★☆ Excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or stains
Function: ★★★★☆ Slight deterioration but no major issues
- There is some wear from age, but it has been well maintained.
- The compass on the fob is cloudy and the needle doesn't move properly, so it can't be used.
The chain link, T-bar and clip are all stamped sterling silver by the same manufacturer. The fob base is not stamped but has been tested to be sterling silver.
- The T-bar and clip functions perfectly fine.
*As this is an old item, there are minor scratches and stains due to aging.
