We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver mug.
This is a very old sterling silver mug from the Georgian period in England, 1736.
Richard Bayley was a master craftsman from London who specialized in hollowware such as teapots and mugs.
The entire piece is decorated with beautiful relief carvings of floral motifs.
The cartouche features a dog-themed crest and a monogram that appears to be the initials of the person who gifted it to the first owner.
Made from thick, heavy-gauge silver and featuring clear decoration, this is a large, eye-catching mug.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
